1. Shipping for Retail Orders (Seasonal Village & Neon Sign)

For consumer purchases made directly through our online store's retail sections (including the Seasonal Village collection and Neon Sign), our standard global shipping terms are as follows:

• Free Shipping on Orders of 2+ Items: We offer Free Standard Shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, and Australia, provided that your order contains two (2) or more products across the entire store. For single-item orders, standard shipping rates calculated at checkout will apply.

• Import Duties & Taxes Included (DDP for Retail): To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience, all product prices and shipping options for retail consumer orders include import duties and local destination taxes. You will NOT be charged any unexpected customs fees upon delivery; our facility pre-pays these on your behalf.

• Order Handling Time: All retail orders are processed and dispatched within 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

• Estimated Transit Time: Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 7 - 15 business days to arrive at your destination under normal circumstances.

2. Shipping for Commercial Bulk Orders (Wholesale)

As a direct manufacturing facility, we provide tailored logistics solutions for our B2B wholesale and custom bulk buyers. Commercial freight does not qualify for retail multi-item free shipping or pre-paid tax structures, and is quoted on a case-by-case basis.

• Trade Terms Supported: We support standard international commercial terms including FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), and EXW (Ex Works).

• Custom Shipping Quotes: Shipping costs, ocean freight rates (FCL/LCL), customs clearance duties, and lead times for mass production will be fully detailed in your custom factory invoice based on your specified negotiation terms (e.g., if under wholesale DDP terms, duties are handled by us; if under FOB/EXW terms, they are managed by the buyer).

• Production Lead Time: Wholesale production time varies by seasonal demand but generally ranges from 30 - 45 days. Specific target ship dates will be locked in prior to your formal order deposit.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our facility, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details will be sent to your registered email address.

We utilize reliable global shipping networks and specialized international e-commerce lines—such as 4PX Express, Yuntu Logistics, FedEx, or DHL—to ensure secure, double-clearance delivery. You can monitor your shipment status in real-time through the provided tracking link or via global package tracking platforms (e.g., 17track).
