Customization Levels

To ensure transparency and avoid misunderstandings, we divide customization into two clear levels:

Level 1: Light Customization (Recommended)

This is the most common and cost-effective option for wholesale buyers.

Available options include:

• LED lighting effect changes

• Packaging customization (box design, labeling, inserts)

• No new mold required

• Lower MOQ

• Competitive unit pricing

• Shorter lead time

This level of customization is ideal for:

• Small to mid-size wholesale orders

Level 2: Structural Customization (New Mold Required)

Structural customization involves changes to the main body shape or structure of the product.

Examples include:

• New body design

• Major structural modifications

• New figure shapes or proportions

Important notes:

• A new mold is required

• Tooling costs are not included in unit pricing

• For small orders, unit cost will be significantly higher due to mold amortization

This option is generally recommended only for large-volume or long-term projects.

Why New Mold Projects Cost More

Our pricing for existing designs benefits from already-absorbed mold costs.
When a new mold is required, the tooling investment must be amortized over the order quantity.

For this reason:

• Small-volume orders with new molds will have higher unit prices

• Choosing an existing model almost always offers better price-performance
